I soggetti in possesso di laurea triennale o studenti non ancora iscritti all’albo hanno i requisiti giusti per partecipare al bando?<br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N. 1 Gli studenti o soggetti laureati non iscritti agli albi professionali, a norma dell'art.6 del Bando, possono essere componenti di un gruppo di progettazione, ma il capogruppo dovrà essere, ai sensi degli <a href="http://www.codiceappalti.it/Art._91._Procedure_di_affidamento.htm"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">artt. 90</span></a>, <a href="http://www.codiceappalti.it/Art._108._Concorso_di_idee.htm"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">108 D.Lgs. 163/2006</span></a> e <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://www.mit.gov.it/mit/mop_all.php?p_id=13885">259 D.P.R. 207/2010</a></span>, un soggetto abilitato all’esercizio della professione.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N. 2 E' possibile all'interno del gruppo la presenza di un concorrente in veste di collaboratore privo di iscrizione all'albo? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N. 2 La presenza di collaboratori all'interno del gruppo, è disciplinata dall'art. 6 del bando, che prevede che gli stessi possano non essere soggetti di cui all'art.<a href="http://www.codiceappalti.it/Art._91._Procedure_di_affidamento.htm"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> 90 del D. Lgs. 163/2006</span></a>, purchè in possesso dei requisiti di onorabilità di cui all'<a href="http://www.codiceappalti.it/Art._38._Requisiti_di_ordine_generale.htm"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">art. 38</span></a> del Codice. Le attribuzioni di tali collaboratori, compresa eventualmente quella di ideatore, saranno definite all'interno del gruppo di lavoro.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N. 3 Ho intenzione di partecipare al concorso, sono uno studente di architettura e volevo chiedere se l'iscrizione è aperta a tutti o solo ai professionisti. <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N. 3 Per la partecipazione al concorso è richiesta l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione e l’iscrizione all’ordine professionale di appartenenza.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.4 L' orientamento delle tavole grafiche deve essere orizzontale o verticale?<br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.4 La scelta relativa all'orientamento delle tavole è indifferente. Il Bando non limita le scelte rappresentative su tale variabile.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.5 Per partecipare alla visita guidata del 03/09 è necessario iscriversi e con quale modalità? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.5 Per motivi organizzativi è gradita la richiesta di partecipazione da inviare all'indirizzo email: <a href="mailto:info@comune.ponzanoveneto.tv.it">info@comune.ponzanoveneto.tv.it</a>. Vi sarà dato riscontro con l'indicazione dell'orario di inizio della visita il giorno 31/08/2015. Solo in caso di un numero elevato di richieste sarà definita un'altra data.<br /></strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.6 Il video è un elaborato obbligatorio? va inserito nel cd contenente tutti gli elaborati o in un cd a parte?<br /><strong>RISPOTA AL QUESITO N.6 Il video non è un elaborato obbligatorio, ne è ammessa la realizzazione e in caso di presentazione non vi è rilevanza se sia contenuto in un unico CD oppure su supporti separati.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.7 E' Possibile fornire una mappa dove sia perimetrato: - l’intero Borgo Ruga, -i due borghi: il borghetto e il borgo, - i due edifici: casa dominial e casa Poveglian?<br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.7 <br />- Il Borgo Ruga è delimitato nella planimetria di cui all'allegato denominato <a href="/sites/default/files/03_coordinamento_territorio/edilizia_urbanistica/2015/ambito_di_progetto.pdf" target="_blank" title="AMBITO DI PROGETTO">AMBITO DI PROGETTO.pdf </a><br />- l'individuazione del Borghetto e dei due edifici sono rappresentanti in <a href="/sites/default/files/03_coordinamento_territorio/edilizia_urbanistica/2015/faq_1.jpg" target="_blank" title="rispoata faq"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">questa planimetria.</span></a></strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.8 E'possibile fornire/mettere a disposizione una documentazione fotografica dell’intera area di progetto (in particolare dell'interno del borgo) con i punti di vista su una planimetria di riferimento?<br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.8 Nella <a href="/sites/default/files/03_coordinamento_territorio/edilizia_urbanistica/2015/faq_1.jpg" target="_blank" title="risposta faq"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">planimetria quì disponibile</span></a> sono indicati i coni visuali delle foto già disponibili nel<em> "dépliant Borgo Ruga e la sua gente"</em> allegato al Bando.</strong><br /><strong>Si auspica comunque la partecipazione alla visita guidata per cogliere ulteriori informazioni visive e percezioni suggestive del Borgo (per l'iscrizione vedi QUESITO N.5).</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.9 Al punto n. 9 del bando scrivete: “Le idee e le proposte potranno essere prodotte nella forma grafica o altro mezzo espressivo che i singoli concorrenti o i gruppi ritengono più idonea con tecniche rappresentative bidimensionali”. Interpretando letteralmente, sono da escludersi le viste 3D, le prospettive e le assonometrie in genere; ho interpretato in maniera corretta?<strong><br />RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.9  No. Come tecnica rappresentativa bidimensionale sono da intendersi i disegni su tavole piane, con questo quindi non si escludono i 3d, i render e le viste prospettiche.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.10 Il responsabile del gruppo di lavoro deve essere iscritto all'albo da meno di cinque anni oppure da più di cinque anni? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.10  Il responsabile del gruppo di lavoro può essere iscritto sia da più di cinque anni che da meno. L'art.6 del Bando prevede solo che almeno uno dei partecipanti (che può essere anche il capogruppo) sia iscritto all'albo da meno di cinque anni.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.11 Nel caso di singolo partecipante vi è una limitazione per l'iscrizione all'albo? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.11 No. Nel caso di singolo partecipante non vi sono limiti temporali per l'iscrizione all'albo.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.12 E' possibile avere degli elaborati come piante e prospetti indicativi degli edifici facenti parte di Borgo Ruga? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.12 No.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.13 Dal bando si legge: “particolare attenzione dovrà essere posta nell'individuazione di potenziali utilizzi, prevalentemente pubblici, delle aree e degli edifici, mantenendo l'identità del Borgo stesso”, questi edifici sono quindi da trattare in modo libero oppure è necessario mantenere la loro funzione d'uso attuale, qualora l'abbiano? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.13 Gli edifici e le aree pubbliche all'interno dell'ambito di progetto si possono trattare in modo libero. Per gli edifici privati e le rispettive aree la variazione di funzione non è vietata ma è un elemento da considerate per la fattibilità, sostenibilità e gestione della proposta.</strong></p>
<p>QUESITO N.14 Come dovrà figurare nel raggruppamento temporaneo un laureato in architettura non abilitato alla professione? <br /><strong>RISPOSTA AL QUESITO N.14 Il ruolo di un laureato in architettura all'interno del gruppo di lavoro sarà definito in base al suo apporto di lavoro all'interno dello stesso (consulente, collaboratore o altro)</strong></p>
